By accessing and using TPWD’s Collaboration Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Authorized Use
This system is intended for use by vendors and contractors participating in solicitations issued by TPWD. Unauthorized use of this system is strictly prohibited.
2. Vendor Registration
Vendors must register to submit responses to solicitations. Only one account per company is permitted. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that registration information is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Submission of Responses
All bid submissions must be completed and submitted through this system by the deadline specified in each solicitation. Late, incomplete, or improperly formatted submissions may be rejected.
4. Accuracy of Information
Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted through the portal. TPWD is not responsible for errors or omissions in vendor submissions.
5. Public Records and Confidentiality
All information submitted through this system may be subject to public disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act. Vendors should clearly mark any proprietary or confidential information in their submissions.
6. System Availability
TPWD strives to maintain continuous access to the portal but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses well in advance of deadlines to avoid issues related to system outages or connectivity.
7. Security and Monitoring
Use of this system may be monitored for security and compliance purposes. By using the portal, you consent to such monitoring and acknowledge that all activity may be logged.
8. Modifications
TPWD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
